Facility Rentals

 Thank you for your interest in 91做厙 Community College! As you begin to plan your meeting or event, please consider the following:

  • All events must fall within the eligibility requirements listed in the 91做厙 Event Planning and Facility Rental Management policy.
  • A Certificate of Liability insurance documenting coverage in the amount of one million dollars is required for all outside organizations.
  • All event requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date.

Catering

If food is to be served at your meeting or event, a licensed caterer must be utilized. No homemade foods or refreshments are permitted. For catering suggestions, review our "plan your event" information.

Event Publicity

No promotion, publicity, or advertising (printed or otherwise) may state, imply, or allude to any sponsorship by or affiliation with 91做厙 Community College. Any marketing material that mentions 91做厙 must be pre-approved by the Office of Communications at 91做厙 Community College. 91做厙 reserves the right to cancel any rental agreement should we determine that the content of the event, business practices of the organization, or publicity relative to the event, are deemed inappropriate by 91做厙 Community College.

Request Event Space

Use the and share your event details with us!

  • A member of the Events Office will follow up regarding your request within 3-5 business days.
  • If your request is approved, a completed rental agreement will be required and sent to you via email.
  • Your event will be confirmed when the signed rental agreement, Certificate of Liability Insurance and any applicable deposits are returned.
